Malaysia Postage Fees

Postage fees is free of charge for all Malaysian order over RM350 using our preferred courier service. *Unusual bulky items is not covered by this offer.
You may request other courier service but you will be required to pay the difference of cost.

International Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
If your country is stated as 'Out of Zone', it means that we are not able to ship to there yet.
Kindly be noted that international shipping will add approximately 5-15 more working days to the order lead time.
Tax and duties are not included in the total price you paid. Kindly refer your local Custom for more information regarding import tax.
If there is any tax or duties, payment will be made during delivery. If customer do not wish to pay the tax or duties that cause packages to be returned to us, customer will be not be refunded any postage fees and will be charged restocking fees of 15%.

Order Lead Time

Most of our products are pre-order product. For backorder/pre-order items, you will receive the order within 15-20 working days upon payment is successful.
Items are generally posted out by us around 13-17 working days from the date of ordering using local courier.

Please note that due to the festive season, orders placed between November 25th and December 14th may experience a delay. During this period, the lead time for orders will be 20-25 working days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure all your holiday gifts arrive with a little extra seasonal cheer!

If we do have ready stock items, it will be stated in the title. For ready stocks item, we will ship out within 1 working day upon payment is successful. Your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days.
Tracking number will be provided once we have posted out your order.
